Welcome to the big park draw
The Big Park Draw began in 2011, and takes place in Victoria Park, Bristol. Its aim is to encourage people, young and old, who visit the park to discover or rediscover the joy that can be had by drawing. Many people have taken part. Some stayed around the gazebo which was set up by Mrs Brown's Cafe, near the park lodge. Some ventured further afield to be inspired by the park's surroundings.
First Big Park Draw Event on 10th June 2017. More dates to come.
We are planning three Big Park Draw dates for your diary in 2017. So far we have one date for your diary. Come along on the 10th of June for the first Big Park Draw Event of the year. Further dates will be announced.
All materials are supplied. Just bring along your enthusiasm.
In November 2016, the four organisers presented their own work in an exhibition at the CentreSpace Gallery, in Bristol. You can see their works, and some photographs on the Exhibitions page.
Organisers Julian Gregg, Jane Lee, Charlotte Murray and David Smith would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who helped run the events, and who took part in the Big Park draw during 2016. We look forward to seeing you in 2017.
